Tow Truck Driver
Full-time driver position. Respond to towing and roadside calls across Johnson City and Washington County. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Part-Time Tow Truck Driver
Flexible part-time driving shifts. Good fit if you want extra income without a full-time schedule. Same license and driving record requirements apply.
Part-Time Dispatcher
Answer calls, coordinate drivers, and keep jobs moving during your shift. Clear communication and a calm head under pressure matter most here.
Weekend Dispatcher
Cover our dispatch line on Saturdays and Sundays. A great fit if you want weekend hours without a weekday commitment.
What We Look For
Driver roles need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. We will train you on our trucks, equipment, and dispatch process, so towing experience helps but is not always required. What matters most is showing up on time, treating customers well, and staying calm when a call gets stressful.
Dispatcher roles need clear communication and the ability to juggle a few things at once, phone calls, driver locations, and customer updates, without losing track. You do not need towing experience for dispatch, but comfort with a phone and a computer is a must.
A Typical Shift
Drivers respond to a mix of scheduled and emergency calls, from a routine local tow to a roadside jump start. Dispatchers take incoming calls, log the details, and send the closest available driver. Both roles work as part of a small team, so you are never handling a tough call completely on your own.
